Misprinted / Damaged / Defective Items
- Report any issues within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If it’s our error, we’ll cover the costs.
Wrong Address
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require reshipping at your expense after confirming a new address.
Refund Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, as every item is made to order. Please double-check our sizing charts before placing your order.
